NEW PRIORITY LEVELS
There are now four priority levels that can be assigned to a patient requesting a visit.
Patient does not appear on map
Patient needs a visit but the visit is a regular priority. These patients will appear on the map with a green outline.
Patient needs a visit but the visit is a regular priority. These patients will appear on the map with a yellow outline.
Patient needs a visit of urgent priority. These patients appear on the map with an red outline.
This priority is reserved for crisis care visits. These patients appear on the map with a purple outline.
In order to see patients with these new priority levels on the map, update your patient priority filters to include Low, Routine, Urgent, and Crisis. You can access these filters by clicking Settings on the left side of the map screen.
