Release 8.2.4 Summary
The main change in this release is the introduction of new data fields for the Hospice of Dayton organization, including Company and Team. You will be able to filter the map by these data fields, and peruse new metrics and reports that include the information.

Below are the minor bug fixes and changes included in the release. These include:
- a fix for the short stay patient tile
- the ability to use quotes in a Care Request comment
- changes to the forms for creating and updating users
Short Stay tile
The short stay tile has been updated so that only short stay patients who are still living will be counted. Deceased short stay patients will no longer show in the count. The tile displays in the Patient Snapshot Report on the home page.

Quotation marks will now display properly in care requests. This is a bug fix.
UPDATED FORMS FOR CREATING NEW USERS
We have improved our forms for creating new users and activating users so they are more efficient.
Now, when you create or activate a member, the first thing to do is select a role. The available roles are Doctor, Patient, Provider, Manager, and Receptionist. Once the role is selected, the form will automatically adjust to display the relevant fields for the role.
Changes for Innovative Care Solutions
If you are creating an account for a new patient, you have the option to Skip Credentials, meaning that iDialogs will auto-generate a username and password. This feature is valuable when the patient will not actually log into iDialogs to enter data, and will save time when creating new accounts.
Changes for Hospice of Dayton
When you activate a provider in the Hospice of Dayton organization, go to Inactive>Actions>Activate. This option replaces the Edit Member option for inactive users. You will be able to activate the account and supply a password for the user's account on one form, reducing the time it takes to activate a user.
The new user and edit user forms also will display custom fields that have been added for your organization if they apply to the selected role.
Here are the fields that are relevant to the Patient role in the Hospice of Dayton organization. You can now view the patient's assigned team and company. You can also manually add FYIs that apply to the specific patient.
